- Standard checking in time: 1 PM/ Standard Checkout time: 11 AM.
- Early Check in or late Check out may be subjected to availability and additional Charges.
- Confirmed Bookings must be guaranteed with valid payment details.
Booking, Dining & Experience Policy

Cancellation & Refund
- Cancellation made 5 days.
- Cancellation within 48 hours of arrival or no show will be charged one night stay.
- Refund (if applicable) will be processed within 7 to 10 working days.
At the Time of Booking
- Every guest must carry a valid Aadhaar Card or Driving Licence for check-in.
- We follow a No Cancellation, No Refund Policy — once booked, your experience is reserved just for you.
- In case of tariff revisions post-booking, the difference amount (if any) will be payable at check-in.
- Full payment is required at the time of check-in.
- Advance payments are non-refundable.
- Minimum guest guarantee must be confirmed at the time of booking.
- Any property damage caused by guests will be chargeable.
Food & Beverage Guidelines
- Buffet dishes are best enjoyed fresh and in the dining area. Buffet food cannot be taken to rooms.
- Ala Carte Specials Available outside buffet hours — please pre-order during check-in.
- All ala carte items, beverages, and extras will be charged separately.
- Outside food or beverages are not permitted. Exception: Packaged chips or snacks may be brought in.
- Freezer access for storing beverages is subject to availability.
- Cube Ice available on prior request during check-in. Ice Bucket: ₹30 per bucket
- No corkage fees — your celebration is on us! 🍾
