1. Introduction
Welcome to Arbor Resort. By making a reservation, using our services, or accessing our website, you agree to the Terms & Conditions mentioned below. Guests are requested to read these terms carefully before confirming a booking.
2. Reservation Policy
- All reservations must be made with valid personal and payment details.
- Bookings are considered confirmed only after successful payment authorization or receipt of advance payment (as applicable).
- Guests must provide valid ID proof at the time of check-in.
3. Check-In & Check-Out Policy
- Standard Check-In Time: 1:00 PM
- Standard Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
- Early Check-In or Late Check-Out is subject to room availability and may attract additional charges.
- Guests checking out later than the standard time without prior approval may be charged for an additional night
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 5 days prior to the arrival date may be eligible for a refund (if applicable).
- Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival or No-Show will result in a charge equal to one night’s stay.
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days to the original payment method.
- Any promotional, discounted, or non-refundable bookings are not eligible for refunds or date changes.
5. Payment Policy
- Payments can be made via card, UPI, bank transfer, or other available methods.
- Full payment may be required at the time of booking for certain room categories or promotions.
- Taxes as applicable (GST or state taxes) will be added to the final bill.
6. Resort Rules & Guest Conduct
To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests:
- Illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
- Loud music or disturbances after 10 PM are not allowed.
- Damage to property may result in penalties or additional charges.
- The resort reserves the right to deny entry or remove guests who violate policies, behave inappropriately, or cause disturbance.
7. Liability Disclaimer
- Arbor Resort is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to the guest’s personal belongings.
- Use of resort facilities (pool, play area, outdoor activities, etc.) is at the guest’s own risk.
- The resort is not responsible for disruptions due to natural calamities, power outages, or external factors beyond our control.
